I made it as far as the corner of my street this morning, before I heard the news of a generalized transport strike: no tram, bus or metro. My ill-conceived alternative plans to get to work ended in failure, and I found myself returning to the same street corner 2.5 hours later.
Pros: No work! I can wear my sweatpants all day! I can finally create a blog!
Cons: No work today means twice the work tomorrow...
